  7.      pnmmargin - add a border to a portable anymap

  10.      pnmmargin [-white|-black|-color colorspec] size [pnmfile]

  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.      Reads a portable anymap as input.  Adds a border of the specified  number
  15.      of pixels, and produces a portable anymap as output.

  17. OPTIONS
  18.  
  19.      You can specify the border color with  the  -white,  -black,  and  -color
  20.      flags.  If no color is specified, the program makes a guess.
